If you’re dissatisfied with any product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review your concern and may offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.

Your Right to Cancel
Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To do so, please contact us in writing with your order reference before returning the item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition where possible. If items show signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection, we may make a reasonable deduction.
